Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my state?

Yes! I ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days International shipping: 7–21 business days Total U.S. delivery time: 3–8 business days

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

USPS may take 24–48 hours to scan packages. If it hasn’t updated after 3 days, contact me.

Orders & Shop Status

Are you currently taking orders?

Yes! My shop is open and accepting orders.

How will I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they haven’t been processed yet. Custom orders cannot be canceled once started.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! I accept custom keychains and certain jewelry pieces.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom pieces usually take 3–7 business days to create.

Can I request a specific color or design?

Absolutely — send me your idea or inspo photos, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do custom orders cost extra?

Some designs may have a small additional fee depending on materials.

Are your items handmade?

Yes — every piece is handmade and hand-designed with care.

What materials do you use?

I use a mix of beads, charms, metal findings, resin pieces, and earring hooks, studs, and clasps.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Most of my earrings use standard metal hooks. If you have sensitive ears or need hypoallergenic options, feel free to message me — I can check the materials or offer an alternative when possible.

Will items look exactly like the photos?

Because everything is handmade, slight variations may occur — making each piece unique.

Restocks & Availability

Do you restock sold‑out items?

Some items will be restocked, but many are limited quantity or one‑of‑a‑kind.

Can I request a restock?

Yes! Message me, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, message me within 48 hours with a photo, and I’ll help you.

Packaging & Gifts

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes — I can add a handwritten note for free.
