Returns:
Accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Clearance items
- Hair clips
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Keychains
- Mystery items
Conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Refunds:
Issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Allowed for necklaces and bracelets if the item is still in stock.
Damaged items:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
